Are you a faculty member interested in creating an IPE opportunity for students in your program?
Are you a community clinician looking to host a clinical IPE learning event?
Are you a student with a great idea for an IPE activity?
An IPE event can be created by anyone: faculty member, student, community member.
Before you begin, consult How do I Create an IPE Event? This chart provides an overview of the IPE Event creation process and serves as a roadmap for what to expect as your event moves from idea to reality.
The first step in developing an IPE event is to complete and submit an IPE Event Proposal Part A to PIPER. When completed, email this Word file to PIPER and someone will connect with you within 5 business days of receipt. The purpose of this step is to alert PIPER to the event and to assist developers in connecting with IPE Faculty or MISC Leads.
Once planning is complete, the PIPER Endorsement Request Part B is submitted to PIPER along with any promotional materials prepared. PIPER requires these documents at least 4 weeks prior to the event to allow for internal processing and student enrollment.
